Boostec offers fixed fees for customers. An initial callout fee is charged, along with a price per mile calculated to/from base to callout location. Costs are agreed and calculated with quotes agreed with customers before job commencement.
All payments are taken in advance with technician dispatched on clearance of funds. Costs are calculated, but not limited to:
- Charging Vehicle type (i.e. make, model)
- Location
- Kilowatts required/charged
- Charging level provided (i.e. AC/DC)
- Additional services (i.e. Jump-start, chaperoning)
- Unsociable hours

Consideration is given to distances travelled and time(s) incurred when attending to an immobilised vehicle. The typical charges are below the average for similar businesses and significantly below the average for national organizations (i.e. AA, RAC & Green flag).
This business’ extra support, special vehicle attributes and prices aid as marketing tools, with this business benefiting from customer preference due to the comprehensive services, speed and support offered. We have easy payment options with receipts given to customers, post sale. Booking fees are non-refundable. Job cancellations are subject to a call-out fee (min. £80 + vat), if notification received after dispatch of technician. Individual fees are determined by nature of job and distances travelled to complete works.
- All fees associated with vehicle charging must be paid for in full prior to works commencement.
- Out-of-hours call-outs must be paid for in full prior to dispatch of technician.
